Am in process of taking advantage of current reward bookings to increase SC. Little confused re ability to make changes to Business Class rewards. In the Booking Summary on Flights page, it says Business Reward - view details. When clicking on this link, it says no charge for changes and or cancellations before and up to 24hrs after dep. However when click at bottom View Fare Rules it is very different with $35 for change and or cancellations only 24hrs pre departure... am thinking of picking random dates while they are avail so may have to change later. want to know if will be charged or not.

I don't think anyone has the definitive answer just yet, but we're guessing the change fee will be applied.

Thankyou.... Have screen shots of it saying no charge on booking page. Will be interesting to see if this makes any difference of I woah to make changes later..... Hope they fix and clarify soon

Always worth a try. I've found VA do try things on but cave in often when pressure and evidence is used!
