hi guys

im about to hit platinum and just reading up on the perks..

just wanted to clarify..

Family benefits...

so i can use points or points and pay to redeem 4 economy return flights ( all in one go and on same flight?) with partner airlines too?

6 months in advance though.. i can barely plan 6 days in advance! and im not sure where the perk is.. i mean, you're still using your points to redeem flights..?

Also, non platinum related, I was wondering whether it is possible to redeem a flight using VAtlantic points and then credit the flight into my VAustralia account ?

Thanks!

I believe they guarantee the availability of 4 economy return flights..no not partner airlines and must be Domestic

You can redeem a flight with Virgin Atlantic but you won't be credited any points of credits with Velocity unless you have paid for the flight. This goes for reward flights for Velocity also, you do not get points or status credits for it.

You can book four economy return tickets to anywhere in the network (incl partners) at reward prices. Have to have flexibility of three days either side and be booked at least six months out.

Domestic version is correct as a Gold.
