A worrying message on the booking website...

I always wonder if I clicked or failed to click some button when I go back in and change my seat for a flight, click confirm and then the screen appears with the message "Processing your payment, please wait" or words to that effect...

What? :shock: What payment???

Then I just get the seat booking screen and all is right with the world but for a moment there...

I have never noticed that before, must not pay a lot of attention I guess :oops:
 
It's worse when you do a points upgrade and change your flight and think your being charged the full J rate.

Whenever I go back into my booking, my little green man has unseated himself and I can't reseat myself in the same seat! My booking "confirmation" still shows my original seat though. I'm currently O/S and had to call VA to make sure "my seat" is still mine, which they "confirmed".


We shall see .....

Yep it's just another bug on the DJ website, has been discussed before but the DJ rep that used to be here never commented back on it.

I would hope/expect when they complete their big IT changeover and their website is upgraded this will be one of the things that gets fixed :)
