SOME Qantas passengers are angry after a plane with 115 passengers heading to Alice Springs returned to Darwin due to a mid-air malfunction.

What 'impressed' me about this article was the following:

Another man seemed more concerned with his thirst as he waited for Qantas to find a replacement plane.

He berated Qantas staff because an airport bar had not been opened early while the passengers were waiting.

"A man's not a bloody camel," he was overheard telling one staff member.

TonyHancock on yet another DYKWIA run? ;)

Haha.. Like the style. Love it that guy got mentioned. And... actually, it was reported quite fairly by NEWS.

But the rest of them. Such peasants. **** happens. There are plenty of reasons to be angry with QF, but them being responsible and ensuring everyone is safe is not the time. Planes are complex and they break sometimes.... plus I'm pretty sure DJ don't fly there so good like not flying QF... hehe.

Only in Darwin would someone blow up about the airport bar being closed.
