Looks like for whatever the reason mine haven’t posted. MyCard Prestige now premier

I transferred from AMEX, ANZ and MyCard, so unsure what CC bonus has posted and what hasn’t, especially with FB bonus around same time. Hoping some points appear in next day or 2 given Oct 31 was stated as deadline.

P.S. Having now bothered to go back through account and do the maths, can see only AMEX bonus posted on Oct 12, nothing else.

I escalated today to them. They said it would take 7-14 days to look into it.

Overall a pretty poor experience they could at least confirm with a notification to say congrats you met the criteria these will be transferred

It's back again like clockwork

For Amex Membership Rewards Ascent, Gateway, New Corporate Ascent and Business Ascent enrolled Card Members

To receive 15% bonus Velocity Points, the primary American Express Australia Card Member must:

1. be enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards Ascent, Gateway, New Corporate Ascent or Business Ascent Membership Rewards Program;

2. be a member in the Velocity Frequent Flyer program, and

3. transfer a minimum of 2,000 Membership Rewards points (or 1,998 Membership Rewards points for Business Ascent) from their relevant American Express...

I did and was told 5 different things that were all incorrect about T&C such as if I got bonus points from ANZ, I wasn’t entitled to MyCard points also. I won’t detail the others as not good for blood pressure. Nor will imminent complaint email.

I had a similar experience telling me that MyCard rewards was the only eligible card even though it says programs and that my premier was excluded.

I persevered and escalated and reccomend doing the same. The promotions needs to be better administered

The lack of knowledge about their own promotion was quite shocking. Shouldn’t be up to the customer to explain it.
