Is Velocity estore working for anyone?

This same issue is happening again. I have tried both my and my husband's login and the error keeps coming up. This has been happening for 4 days now that I am aware of.
I contacted VA about this last week. They are aware of the issue and are "working on it".

As a workaround (not a fix), you can visit stores via the Velocity app. As an extra workaround, use your normal computer browser to visit the reatiler in question, add all the stuff to the cart under your normal customer login, then use your phone to access the retailer via the Velocity app, log in to the store and just go through checkout.

Have just gone through this with a retailer that has a horrible site that is not optimised for mobile devices.
