Hmmmm. Ts and Cs say you get the 10k after the second monthly payment… so $100 for 10,000 VA points.

This particular lottery likes doing complexes or blocks, however they can sell up to 6M ticket so the odds are up there with lotto etc

Because they're x number of apartments all with separate title, so get set up that way by default. And are designed that way as well e.g. x separate addresses, mailboxes, garbage collection, metering and so on.

The fact you're an owner of all x doesn't change that they're separate entities. But means they can be easily sold off in future - which would not be easily done if there was only a single title. And that's part of its selling point, that you may choose to live in one, and sell (or rent) the others. Even selling as a single block would also be more difficult if you wanted to sell all, for the same reason to the future buyer. You're limiting the market.

I have a standard renewable purchase via CC set up and it goes through as a normal payment with no problems at all, def not cash advance oh and it earns points on the CC purchase too.
