I was told that the points will land on 31st July and if they are not posted by end of day today you might want to contact the customer service. Also when you can do request them to check if you were eligible for the bonus points in the first place.

Just like you , keeping my fingers crossed as my points are yet to be posted.

I think we should ask Velocity to give additional points as penalty as they did not meet their terms and conditions. It's not just one member but hundreds of members waiting for points and they did not meet their timelines

Feel free, personally I value my time more than that but everyone calculates this differently!

My reading is that you could apply for the ANZ reward black, collect the 180k bonus ANZ reward points and turn on auto transfer to get the 20% bonus.

The exclusion is only for the anz platinum card sign up bonus.

Whether the bonus ANZ reward points clear before 30 June is another issue, but hopefully would get another opportunity similar in November if not…

Your reading was correct. I was fortunate 180k bonus ANZ black rewards points came through during this promotion and auto transferred...20% bonus landed today (15% citi bonus landed earlier)

You should be contacting velocity and confirm if you are eligible for the offer. If they confirm your eligibility , ask them to lodge a request/complaint stating you did not receive the points.

Apparently it turns out that if you have opted into auto transfer prior to promotion commencement date , you will not be eligible for the bonus points. I had auto redemption turned on for my BOM Signature CC prior to the promotion start date ,hence I am not eligible for bonus points as per the Velocity promotions team.

Is someone else in the same situation and waiting for bonus points to be posted ?

I dunno but I chased them up weeks ago (and followed up again about a week ago) and still haven't heard resolution if i'm going to get points or not

As per my last conversation with the Velocity team , I was told that only new customers who activate their auto-redemption for the first time will be eligible. If the auto redemption was active prior to the offer being activated , you might not be eligible. YMMV
