Check through on separate premium tickets, connecting DOH?

Does anyone know if the QR staff at a major European port (probably FRA) can check my bags through (and hopefully issue boarding passes) for a QR-to-QR connection at DOH?

It'll be something like:

FRA-DOH, QR J
[4 hours]
DOH-xBKK-HND, QR F followed by JL F

With that much time I should be able to easily clear immigration and recheck using the dedicated First check-in area, but if they could handle my bags and I could spend an extra however long in Al-Safwa, that would be ideal.

That should be ok if DOH-BKK-HND is on one ticket (I‘m assuming there are seperate tickets involved otherwise?).

Pretty sure QR still check through QR to QR on seperate tickets but it’s been reported the website page stating they check through to other OW airlines went MIA.

Prior to that SYD+1 was able to checkin for QR J BER-DOH-SIN//QF J SIN-SYD seperate tix, bags checked through and all BPs issued in BER.

Yes, it's two tickets total. First ticket is FRA-DOH (QR) and second ticket is DOH-BKK-HND (starts QR). So at the ticket boundary it's QR-to-QR and it sounds like that should be OK.
