Status Match for Velocity Gold

Hi Experts , We have an upcoming travel in Apr 2023 flying QR from MEL - LHR and back. My partner is currently velocity gold , so wanted to check if Qatar still processes status match applications to Velocity WP/SG members. Thanks for your inputs.

No they don't as they're partners with VA now - but that means you can just use your velocity gold status directly on those QR flights

The only problem here is that you will not be able to book preferential seats for free unless you have a privilege membership with QR.
