It is somewhere in North east USA and probably the Adirondacks.I know I have seen the picture before but can't come up with a name.Maple syrup is not just a Canadian product.

Don't think the Italians have a monopoly on him - I remember seeing a sizeable King Neptune Fountain with horses in Madrid too, and I'd guess there'd be others
