Hasn't snowed in 2 days, but still taking a while to melt. It's a bit chilly! Was nice to have some sunshine. Going to be sad when we have to sell our house and move from here.

PERfect at City Beach this morning after recent rain and wind; kids back at school; nice little body wave. Bliss!

A sea hare (Anaspidea - Wikipedia Toxic slime, camouflage and purple dye: sea hares explained) washed up. It spewed plenty of red ink; my pic missed most of it.

My son, hoping it was still alive, took it back out into the water. Lifeguards came down to say to wash his hands thoroughly with sand as the slime can be toxic.
