checking guest passes eligibility

With the complimentary guest passes for the various credit cards around is there a way of checking if they are loaded to your velocity card or not. Dont want to get knocked back and embarrass the guests

There is a section that says lounge passes on the velocity website down under my benefits its in the same section for when someone has silver lounge passes

I've bought a couple of CC lounge passes (physical paper passes) off gumtree for family memebrs when travelling and they never checked anything. Just took the paper pass and scanned the boarding pass and had no issues.
