Refund to Travel Bank Instant?

Hi,
I am considering cancelling a Business Saver ticket and rebooking in full Business. According to the website there is a $50 charge and the refund goes into your Travel Bank account. If I cancel online, how long will this take? I would like to use these funds for the new ticket, but I only have a short window to rebook. Thanks in advance.

The credit to the Travel Bank is instant as I just found out. The problem now is that the Virgin website won't allow me to rebook the same flights and I cannot book over the phone with the promo code.

If you have a middle name, try including it if it wasn't in your cancelled booking or vice versa?

Awesome. Thank you very much. Multiple phone calls to the gold line could not fix this one. After fees, I saved $210 cancelling and going from Business-saver to Business.
