Website broken again

Of course I need to amend a booking this morning and request a points upgrade but it’s broke!
 
It’s back now mostly. Kept getting a few ‘internal server error’ messages when clicking on various bookings. Love it when you can’t click on to your booking without getting an error message and then it flicks you to a page that says ‘some areas are experiencing issues but you can make bookings and manage bookings with confidence’. Ah, not really.
 
All good for me. Maybe the cleaners unplugged the web servers overnight and they didn't get reconnected until this morning?
 
Anyone having issues searching awards?
Need to lock in next leg of One World Classic, but havent been able to search for the last hour since award release.....

Anyone having issues searching awards?
Need to lock in next leg of One World Classic, but havent been able to search for the last hour since award release.....

I haven't been able to do any searches and my login is not working well either.
 
Glad its not just me.
Not glad its release day trigger-time to add to the booking and I can't search
 
lol, not sure if its quicker to:
- "contact us on 13 13 13" (and stay on hold for 60mins), or
- wait for them to plug the cord for the website back in
 
I have just booked a classic award for next September but it is on JAL.
 
Had a reward booking crash on me during the booking and now the inventory is no longer there - how long until it appears again? (assuming no-one else has booked it).

Was it for QF or a partner airline? If QF I'd get on the phone and explain the situation, they *may* release the seat for you.
 
Tortoise like speeds on the desktop website and app at the moment. The Rush Hour sale is consuming the bandwidth, or is it just normal Adelaide interweb speed?
