But I can't see how it makes any difference now. You can't use those eWISH card to buy gift cards in store anymore, so you'll still get 3 points per dollar when you do actually spend inside the store on other items. So nothing has actually changed.

When did that change? I only bought a few Only1V cards a week or two ago using egift cards.

BP app, 20th, 2ppt

Coles, 25th, 3ppt - in store
Woolworth, 22th, 3ppt + 1ppt local champion - in store

BP on 13th, 16th and 18th all 2ppd.

Another BP from 26th is still pending.
 
I think we have enough reports to confirm that there is an error with BP and Woolworths at least. Hopefully Amex fix it fast.
 
I was just on live chat (excessively friendly weird slangy interaction). Anyway, it was "referred" to an investigation team. I pointed out that previous giftcard purchases had credited 3ppd, and the chat lady said "I'm totally on the same page with you". Uhuh.

Thanks for raising this in the other thread. I've just noticed an anomaly with Coles Express... I specifically buy fuel there because of flybuys and 3ppd on the edge.
18/8 Purchase $69.34 Pts: 207
19/8 Purchase 2.50 Pts: 6
25/8 Purchase $86.22 Pts: 86
These are three different Coles Express outlets and all named Coles Express.

Also, BWS is crediting at 3ppd yesterday so no issue there.

Neither, but it is worth raising it with amex, they may discount it as a once off "bug" but if they have multiple complaints they wont be able to ignore it.

I've just been thinking, if it is the closing of the loophole, it might be good to buy heaps now, request for the bonus as a Good gesture will.

But if the More people complain about it, it's not as if the situation can get worse.

But the fact that some Coles places and others are getting 1ppd is encouraging that its pointing towards a glitch

Please don't worry,its a know issue and we have sited it recently and our technical team is working on it and will be resolved soon. I've also raised an case for you and the max time for resolution is 5 working days
