Travel adapter for Norway and Sweden question

Hello AFF community,

I want to ask if anyone has used travel adapters from Australia to use in Norway and Sweden? I asked because i noticed that the power sockets in Norway and Sweden have some kind of cover / enclosure around it, and i was wondering if my travel adapter can fit inside the socket cover. (My travel adapter is the Korjo brand)

IIRC, Norway uses the standard European 2 round pins, and I had no problems with my standard universal adaptor last year.

I've had no issue using the Korjo EU adaptor in Norway or Sweden.
Adaptor - Europe | Korjo
(also used the same adaptor in Italy and Switzerland, so I'm not sure why the Korjo site says it won't work)

Italy and Switzerland technically do have different sockets.. the pins are spread a little bit further apart than the standard EU sockets and they have a flattened hexagonal shape. I found it was only a problem in older buildings, and even then there was always a newer EU socket to be found somewhere in the room (fortunately). Once I had to jam the EU pins into the Italian socket, and it worked.. just. (Adaptor - Europe (Italy and Switzerland) | Korjo)

I didn't have any problem with standard EU adaptor in Sweden.

Most of my adapters are fairly old (2005/2006). I guess I should replace the older ones?

As long as there is no apparent damage, they'd likely be fine. They shouldn't deteriorate, it's only if they were damaged e.g, crushed, liquid spilt.
