Agree. In most cases it would mean travelling on a Sunday leaving early morning. Something which we avoid. We can’t dodge the Tuesday start due to the way the client operates.

There are plenty in both directions if people take off their blinkers and actually sit and look at them.

Mr FM refuses to sit in row 1 on domestic flights for that reason. We don’t generally have much carryon, so it goes under the seat and we don’t have any fights over overhead lockers. 2 A and C that’s us.

I think that all colour politicians these days are self serving and hypocritical. Can’t think of anything good to say about any of them and it’s just an historical point as to which colour is caught out at the time. A pox on all of them I say.

And I’ve just had some bad news about a friends son and so I am angry and sad.

Interesting that this has not featured much in the consciousness of most people I interact with since the WO started apart of casual acknowledgements of the news coming out of the event.

I suspect the WO is not a premier sporting event in OZ .

I have an interest due to MissQS just missing out on selection and also conflicted because I don't agree with the the massive taxpayer largesse leaving monuments to the IOC rotting from previous Olympics.

The ice dancing and figure skating is excruciating.
The curling is a little bit more cerebral

What I don't comprehend is why the medal for the 50km cross country (which takes 2 hours) the same size as say the moguls which is a 25 second race.

Why didnt' the London Summer Olympics have Darts as a sport?
