There was a survey about knowledge of the High Court which I wanted to try, but got screened out.
I got that survey which I managed to get through. They gave a whole list of names and asked you to tell them what position they held eg Malcolm Turnbull, Donald Trump, Teresa May, Chuck Schumer etc.Plus questions on the High Court of Australia - how many judges, how many female judges, how they are appointed etc.

It highlighted to me how shamefully little I know!

Looks like e-Rewards have put me into row30F of the squashed 737 so to speak.
No offers of any surveys in my email, no appropriate surveys in my account.
So sad.
They must have a human somewhere who keeps tracks of the people who have done too many surveys in the past.
Keep up the good work for the rest of you.
If you have been screened out, you are lucky they keep still sending you surveys!
Try not to achieve too much, lest you be in my shoes, no surveys at all.

Todays survey about my tax accountant and Im asked.... and then it asked me how much return I got last year.

Please tell us if you agree or disagree with the following statements.

I have lied about expenses on my tax return (e.g. over exaggerated, claimed deductions I shouldn’t have) to increase my return

Whats going through my head, when answering it:

Suffered through a long and tedious survey about food/snacks - purely just to get to the end to give a bad rating for how long the survey was! Stupid of me and totally not worth it.

Pretty sure they were flat out trolling me and wasting my time ...

Did these surveys too in past.. i try to disqualify those

I normally would just quit the survey (which I am doing more frequently these days), but for some reason this one really annoyed me so I wanted to complete it in order to give the rating. Definitely wasn't worth it lol.

This month seems to have been more peaks & troughs than a steady flow of surveys. But it's still tracking to the same approximate outcome as previous months.

I never got the 850 point sign-on bonus (after first survey). e-Rewards claim they credited it. Can't see any avenues of appeal and it's not worth the effort, so I've given up.

Fortunately the monthly redemptions have been problem-free.

If you go into e-rewards there is the option to choose how often you get sent emails. If you change it, log out and then go back in again almost at once it seems to effect the change. If you logout and go in hours/days later it does not seem to work as effectively.

I've found changing the frequency seems to restore the email flow.

The 30 day issue does annoy me. Sometimes it has been 35 days before it will let me do it. Not that I have marked the calendar or anything....

Another rant - that you cannot log in while you are away and:
  • do your 30 (or 35 day) redemption
  • accept any email offers as they come up with you are not in country of survey
  • get email saying don surveys while travelling and get the above message = SO ANNOYING!
Averaging 2,000 VFF redemption every 32 days and currently earnt 23K eR points in last 30 days.

I always answer the survey honestly and still manage to earn enough points (too many in fact). I suspect that if your answers get flagged as inconsistent then that may lead to a problem. Some of the different groups that use eR do put cookies on your machine and that may well have something to do with missing out on offers or having none available as that company has logged you as 'dishonest'.

MOST frustrating is that multiple members of the household CANNOT use the same device to do the survey. Each one must use a different physical device. What is even more annoying is once you've used device X then it is blocked out and trying to find the cookie involved is very time consuming to say the least.

Time for replies to emails - I get the impression that they have too many addicts out there to really care. Some of my contacts with them have not had a reply within 4 weeks. Perhaps it is time to start writing down the various contact numbers that some of the surveys show for the particular firm conducting that survey. Contacting them and passing on feedback over issues with eR may lead to better customer support.

Oh god, I'm slogging through this one now too...it is insanely tedious. I feel like I'm being punished for something!!

Yeah I gave that a stinker rating.

This is actually my biggest month ever and I've got 2 days left. Usually only just limp over the line to 6000 on the day if I'm lucky, already at 7500.

Noticed in the past few months when I answer age honestly, 49, I get dismissed early from the survey.

Dropped 5yrs off my age and Im back in survey-land's good graces.

If you get a survey about movies/TV, piracy, purchasing and/or renting digital content, etc. - kill it with fire! The progress bar started at 91% and stuck there, while the survey dragged on forever.

Also no SMS code required for my most recent redemption, despite being needed on the one before.

I did the Visa one too as well as one about how i like e-rewards

Still no offers into my email address, and no suitable surveys.
At least my FB SC are rising ever so slowly with FB & VFF, bliss on that side.
Not happy with e-Rewards anymore, as in "not happy Jan!".
