Bluetooth device that makes headphones Bluetooth compatible

Hi all, there is a small Bluetooth box that you connect wired headphones to, so you can use WIRED headphones for Bluetooth only phones.
Recommendations and EBay links please

I am about to try this. It can be used as a transmitter - I will try the IFE on my next flight - and also a receiver. (Although not both at the same time.)

The pictures on eBay show the 3.5 Jack inserted.

When I clicked on link it showed a headphone connector prong but no hole jack.....cheers for the pics
