Some incredibly smart person in my company made a group booking with an agent instead of split couples as usual .

Is it possible to add our velocity numbers or even upgrade from Y to J on points with these fares? shows as Saver Q and T (return leg).

Cheers all.

Where are you travelling to/ from ?

You can add your FFN number to the booking for points.

If you wanted to upgrade, the booking would have to be split from the rest for the members upgrading, however best to confirm the fare type they have booked- was it booked direct or via a agent ?

As stated earlier, via an agent. I am aware about split bookings on upgrades, but i was told that we couldnt add our velocity no to it.... yet the pdf i have is the typical VA sent one.

some people on here refer to agent as a VA telephone agent, saying travel agent would have clarified.

There should be no reason why you can't add your FFN to your name in the booking . Call the travel agent direct with booking details
