ADL to PER on an Embraer190!!!

Pi** take of course, VA does not do wide bodies from or to ADL.

What's wrong with that? It's not that bad of an aircraft for that route.
QF put a 737 on that route 99.9% of the time so take your pick.

FWIW - QF did have a ADL-KGI on a 717.

A lovely little jet. Everyone gets a window or aisle seat. If you are tall getting into the bathroom is a bit of a challenge though.

Guaranteed window or aisle, wider seats than a 738 and if you're in Y you can sit in 3C for more leg room than you can poke a stick at! Seems like a sweet deal

Yea, the E190s may be abit smaller, but they still get the job done 3C I concur is an amazing seat to stretch out on!

You have my sympathies AP. We visited Adelaide a couple of years ago, 737 on the way over which was just under 3 hours, not too bad - then the E190 on the way back Due to motion sickness, even when I take meds for it, I still can't read when travelling and didn't have a tablet or iPod etc, so the trip was a seemingly interminable nearly 4 hour trip ... we thought we were never going to get to Perth! We were only Silver status then, so couldn't select anything further forward than Row 9, from recollection.

If we need to do a status run these days, given the cost of fares between PER-ADL (and vice versa) are often almost as much as to MEL, we'd rather choose MEL and have a good chance of being on the A330/332 both ways than go to Adelaide!

I'd take an E190 over a 738 any day.

I'll take nearly anything over a 737 of any type. No matter what improvements they make, it's still a 707.

Turned out to be a 737.
Flight info at booking was a 190.
330 to SYD hopefully today.
Sooty wasn't able to update prior.
Will read now.
VA lounge in PER not as good as MEL or SYD.
Better than no lounge ala LST.
