Can anyone give me an idea of approximately the cheapest airfares I'd be likely to get for the following routes:

  • HNL-BNE/OOL/SYD one way around June, July or August (next year obviously)
  • SIN-LAX-HNL-SIN at the same time of year.

Thanks for any help.
Cheers

Seeing that airfares for that time period haven't been released yet, I don't think you'd be able to get an answer just yet

I'm talking ballpark figure based on past years if anyone has the knowledge. Of course an exact figure couldn't be given seeing as its more than a year away.

How long is a piece of string, this years fares may give you an idea but all it takes is a change in competition or routes and everything changes? If someone told me last year I could fly to Singapore return for $400 on QF I would have wondered what type of drugs they had been taking!

You might want to look at buying points with AA/US Air or Lifemiles, it could be the most certain bet!

The economy and consumer sentiment also influence fares. The harder it is for airlines to fill seats in advance, the more likely they are to discount.
