Reality check is - this is a TV show, it should not be exempt of the rules IMHO.

Wow, have to say the lounge looks impressive and so does the food.
Contestants last night had to cook in the kitchen of the SYD int. F lounge and their food was judged by Alan Joyce, Neil Perry and Matt Preston.
Club sandwich looked tasty!
Never realised how small the F kitchen is.
Didn't know about the 20min rule either.
For the first time that I know, I noticed that they advertise the fact that the Flounge is staffed by Sofitel.
Did anyone else get the impression that they hired actors to sit in the area just across from the kitchen?
I definitely recognised one of the guys sitting there. His face was very clearly shown twice during the show. He is the same guy that Qantas has on the web site explaining the next generation check in system.

I've seen him presenting segments in various unrelated TV shows occasionally too.
