Applied for another US Visa today went OK, I think its only for 3 months, does it start from today or when its first US entry?.

I assume you mean the visa waiver? If so, your 90 days starts on entry to the US.

It will start from the the time it was released and sent to you. Or you can either check the approval date and apply the 90 days rules as what the above post mentioned.
