I was last year. Qantas is vastly more price competitive this year so far. So I'm with QF until the end of March.

Indeed. Every time I’ve flown lately I’ve flashed my Gold card and they’ve stopped me and scanned it. However I see all these Platinum flyers flashing their cards and being waved right through

Flights have now changed to same flights a week later:

Don't you have DJ status you could use, or is The Lounge far away enough to be inconvenient?
