given an option between the following three (which seem to be all around $350 return from SYD) Port Vila, Vanuatu; Apia, Samoa and Denpasar, Bali... what is the best destination for a short weekend visit?

I enjoyed Fiji and would like to do another trip with Virgin to any one of the three destinations above, but not sure which one would be best value for the money on a budget trip...

I was really excited until I went to the DJ website and noticed that the fares are only for Tue, Wed and Sat flights. There was no availability for SYD-BNE at the low fares advertised that I could see anyway.
