Checking on E/F shows me the AS2598 (Horizon) DH4 flight departs from T3 at 09:40.
The QF3633 codeshare at 09:40 shows as departing from TBIT. Given this would be the same aircraft and that Alaska should know a little more about this flight than QF, I suggest you will be departing from T3.

Would people who've been to both choose the TBIT LAX Qantas lounge or the Alaskan Board Room?
I've got a 6 hour gap between coming in on Alaskan and departing on QF, and I have a complimentary invite to the QF lounge so I could save that to use later and pay for a day pass at the Board Room if that's good.
Of course if the complimentary invite doesn't work in LAX it becomes a moot point!
On my eastward journey on a QF codeshare flight with AS to Boise and QC Silver I was given access to the T3 Alaskan Board Room. It was smaller than the Skyteam TBIT lounge that Qantas uses and depending on the time of day might be busy, but I was there at 9am on a Saturday morning so it wasn't a problem. The wifi internet access was woefully slow when I was there, but probably the range of food was better than the SKYTEAM TBIT lounge.
I wish it would be clearer ahead of time what the associations and access connections were between Qantas and Alaska Airways. On an AS flight earlier this year I received points but not status credits, while on my recent QF / AS Codeshare flight LAX - Sun Valley - Boise I received points and status credits. I contacted Qantas Club by phone earlier this year and was told I should have access to Alaska Board Rooms, was given access in Vancouver (an international port) but not Seattle or Anchorage. I rang again before my recent trip and was told it would be unlikely I would be given access at LAX T3 (and it doesn't show up on the Qantas website) but there were no problems when I visited.
Were you given access because you are a QC member? I only have the complimentary invite so I doubt they'd comp me onto the lounge.
I suppose it probably is safer to get through to international departures and use the QF lounge as there are no possible delays in getting through after this (as opposed to staying in the T3 Board Room and then having to go to TBIT and go through customs etc.)
The TBIT QF/BA/CX/OneWorld lounge is quite large, and nice. It does get busy at nights before the flights to Australia leave, but if you've got a 6hr layover, you'll have plenty of time to snag a seat before it gets crowded. Shower rooms are available, food is similar to other QPs. Attended bar area, as well as serve yourself wine, bubbles, beer, softdrink.
There have been times when I've needed an "invitation" (printed card produced by QF) to get into the TBIT QP - only when I've been travelling in economy, and the last time I left via TBIT in Y was in 2008. I would mention your trial pass to Qantas as you check in/get your boarding pass at TBIT to make sure you can get in. You should be able to, just mentioning it so that you don't get to the entrance and have a dragon ask about an "invitation". This process might not be in place any more, I now typically leave from T4 at LAX, as the BNE flight typically leaves from there.
