Not sure if it's news, but I noticed today that the booking system is now including WP/SG baggage allowances.

(I booked a "Saver Lite" with the SO (NR) + me (SG). I got 1x23kgs, she got nothing.)

Looks like it's no longer applied at the baggage counters, and the early issues with Sabre are getting bedded down.

..so it's actually included in the e-Ticket? I just checked one of my (pre-existing) bookings and it's only showing the booking allowance for the fare, not the additional baggage allowance for status.

...Sonofa...

It shows in the iPhone app at the time of booking, but not on the eTicket...

Spoke too soon about the Sabre issues I guess

Only if your complaint is that Sabre is working properly - it was publicised before the changeover that status baggage allowance would not appear on the e-ticket. The reasons for that are not known to me (although someone did post on here at the time that most airlines deal with status allowance this way) but it's certainly a feature, not a bug.

No complaint... Just seemed odd that it would show up on one system, but not another...
