Woolworths leaks $1 million of gift cards in massive data breach debacle

Qantas and Everyday Rewards have decided that the next release of Auto Rewards gift cards will be sent via egiftcard instead of a physical gift card. Let's hope they send the correct details to each member rather than release every card details like they did above. The cards in question were purchased through a Groupon deal but if this can happen with one mass release, what could happen in the future?

Our very own Cruiser Elite was one of those to receive almost 8,000 e-giftcards.

It was a 7.5% off that CE was attracted to again. What this means is he is moving nicely away from 2 buck chuck to higher end Dans offerings with his 13.65% off strategy using Price Pal and Groupon.
CE had the opportunity to buy 100 dozen Grange or Hill Of Grace with the Woolies error.
It was a test just like a bank error in your favour .......should you spend it all? Of course the answer is NO.
With more than 7,900 others I heard some got to YES with the Woolies error before the codes were disabled.
