Now this has me curious...

It is returning a First Class fare between SYD & LAX next Feb at $4631

Unless I am mistaken, only QF have an F cabin on this sector

Obviously there may be other options via Asia, but that price, for an F fare… tempting

I'm fairly sure that UA have First class on the 747s that they use for that route.

Ahhhhh… Global First

Forgot about UA… Doh!

It would be worth making a proper enquiry to find out the sorts of airlines they are offering for popular routes though - I'm sure users here would find it interesting.

I submitted a query with dates that I am looking at, I imagine being after hours in the U.S. I may not get a reply
till late tonight, tomorrow morning.

Will advise of the options available

^ Thanks.

I plugged in a CDG return search and it came back with $5K. I assume it's one of the cheapies like Garuda, Brunei, Vietnam or China something (which you can get under $4K when they're on special).

Will also do some checking out on Melb - Lond in First and business for upcoming flights.

Well, I just put in a query for PER-LAX in November, put in my details and got an email instantly.
However, it's still very vague:

Maybe they try and suck you in before revealing it's a cough airline? These websites that advertise only on price but don't allow you to book online irritate me (im looking at you, bestflights.com.au). I think this is because I don't trust travel agents because the advertised fare is never available but always 'I've managed to find another fare thats still great value......'

The worst I could see them doing on PER-LAX would be VA 737 PER-MEL, DL MEL-LAX. It's looks like you will be overnighting in MEL/SYD/BNE though - all LAX flights arrive same day.

For that price it's not that bad....

Major Airline is one of my favourite airlines though.

And who needs flight times when you can have a 3 hour window?

Could also be Air NZ, Singapore Airlines or China Southern. Probably more likely to be the latter though...

The flights I was quoted (Bne to LAX )could only be Virgin looking at the times.

I have been doing more on line checking on the site - some claim it to be a scam with bait advertising some claim it to be OK.

Would be good to hear from someone who has booked through this site - preferably not a first time poster who always seem to rave about this type of booking agency.

Got another email from them this morning, apparently they have tried to call me but been unsuccessful (obviously, since they would have called in the middle of the night). They then repeated the same vague details as before.
I'm not going to follow up, my inclination is to think this is a scam. I have a hard time believing that they've got some ultra-secret special deal with various airlines that lets them offer fares far cheaper than anyone else, it just doesn't make sense.

Google would agree with you.

You could ask for details on how the process works from here (without actually going ahead).

The requested payment method and ticket delivery will tell you if it's a scam.
