Which laptop for frequent traveller?

I'm happy with my Asus Zenbook UX31.
Fast SSD, very thin, under 1.4kg, almost 6 hours battery life, perfect for travel IMO.
 
To true, I hate Win 8. Use Stardock to turn it into 7

Stardock doesn't turn Win 8 into Win 7, but it does give you the traditional Start Menu. It costs just $5, and it's simple to install. It lets you enjoy all the other benefits of Win 8 that most users aren't aware of.

Potentially a good tablet, but not so good in laptop mode, due to the lack of a fixed keyboard option (unless the design changes from the Pro 3 to the Pro 4). My daughter has the Lenovo Helix 2 - despite the slow CPU she's very pleased with it.
