I had post on here from Sept 4 that was here earlier this week but now I can't see on the board..any ideas why/where its gone? It was about what the definition of " escalated to operations room " means.

Also I thought I PM'd VFF as requested to do so in the post but hadn't heared back and my sent message folder was empty so thought I must have made a mistake and not sent it. So I sent it again today and immediately after sending it my sent message folder is still empty..

Suggestions on what I'm doing wrong please

Hi lissthree

The thread you started about "escalated to operations room" is still showing on the board, so not sure why you can't see it. If you click on your profile name, it will bring up your profile page where you can view all the recent posts you made to the board, so you should be able to access it that way if you're still having problems finding it.

With sent messages, you actually need to tick a box underneath the "Your Message" panels under the section "Additional Options" for the option to save a copy of the message to your sent items folder, it doesn't do it automatically so that's why you can't see any messages that you've sent so far.

lissthree,

I have edited your preferences (you can do it yourself) to "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"

regards,

Bill
