Where are my status credits?

The date to requalify for gold was on october 18th. I had requalified for gold back in August. Since i requalified in August and October the 18th i have earned 100 status credits. When it reset on October 18th the 100 status credit have gone. Are the status credits lost and i will need another 400 status credits to requalify by 18th october 2014 or will i just need 300 to requalify.

Gone for the purpose of requalifying for gold. Still count towards platinum though.
