When you reach silver do you get a new card and bag tags?

Just wondering if this is the case, and if so, how long does it take to come through?
Mrs AS reached silver and I thought that she'd receive these things.

When moving up a level you receive the card and tags – I imagine this would arrive a few weeks after hitting the level, but when moving down you only receive the card.

Note that you can call for the tags and I think you're allowed 4 per year (2 with card and 2 extra).

It's been about 3-4 months. Maybe send an email through.

I just hit silver recently and mine took about 5-6 weeks to come through.

My Silver Card and Tags arrived about a month after achieving the level.

It is important to ensure your address on your QFF profile is up to date ; otherwise the items may have been sent elsewhere.

Mine took two months earlier this year. And they weren't even the new roo tags, they were the older style. Still waiting on the complimentary lounge invite to appear now, six months later. Classic QF

The lounge invite is now digital: Complimentary invitations | Qantas

Digital invites are more restrictive in how they can be used unfortunately. I prefer the old paper invites.

Indeed - unfortunately online still does not show any passes registered. I have email and called about 5 times, on each time was reassured they would be added and that I would get a follow up call. Has not happened.

Much shorter in my case. The welcome/congratulations e-mail came on the 15th of July, lounge pass appeared on the same day and the card and tags arrived in the mail 2 weeks later.

Turns out Mrs AS had our old address in her account. I wonder if the mail was returned to QF or thrown out or opened and the tags taken by whoever is at that address now.

It's easy to forget to update your address with QF, but it is important. Sounds like you may end up needing to contact QF. They should have a record of whether they sent out the card or not.
