whats the deal with hotel bookings with velocity points

i have booked 2 weeks of accom with points for my upcoming trip, they sent me an email with a receipt (have booked multiple hotels) and booking numbers but is there an app or somewhere i can store the info electronically, cant see anywhere to add trip to any of my current virgin apps.
