What happened in MEL and SYD?

Hi everyone,

I was looking at the arrival details of flights into MEL and SYD. For some reason, most flights were delayed well over 2 hours in the morning. What happened in MEL and SYD?

Was a shocker. More so in SYD than MEL. Flights were taking off from MEL. But SYD had huge problems and the backlog was felt pretty much all day at pretty much every airport. OOL felt the full brunt of the SYD fog it seemed.
