Westpac Points/Miles Discrepancy

Upon doing some checking today it seems since 1 Jan 2013 to my most recent statement I've been short by aprox 13,000 KF miles.

I was transfered to their complaints department who took down the months which I believe I haven't received the correct miles and will be advised on the outcome shortly.

Anyone have any experience with incorrect points or miles being calculated?

I have on the Earth card. Put in a request for the points to be credited but it didn't happen. When I made a complaint I successfully had the missing points post (plus they voluntarily increased it up to 5,000 from the 2,200 or so that was missing).

Remember that bills paid by BPAY do not earn points. So that may be part of the problem if you have done that.

I don't use my card to pay bills via BPAY.
