Recently having a lot of trouble with on line check in. Last week tried to check in but couldn't do it on line, timing was going to be tight with checking in at the airport. The woman on the check in counter said you should of just rang and we can check you in over the phone. Today Its going to be tight again because I cant check in online once again. Its a real pain in the proverbial. Rang up and the woman said no one can check in over the phone. This happens all too frequently with Qantarse no one there knows what Qantarses procedures are, if Qantas staff don't know how are we suppose to know
