Just got an email from Virgin Blue/V Australia with their new special deals on travel to the US. Full info along with T&C's below.

Sale Period: Midnight 26 May 2010 to midnight 22 June 2010.
Travel Period 1: 6 July to 9 December 2010.
Travel Period 2: 24 January to 31 March 2011.
^ All fares are subject to availability and may vary until ticketed and are for economy travel. Conditions and travel restrictions apply. Flights are for travel between 6 July to 9 December 2010 and 24 January to 31 March 2011. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or peak days. An additional charge of $15 AUD per Guest per booking is applicable to all fares paid by credit/debit card. Tickets purchased through the Guest Contact Centre cost $50 AUD more. Connecting flights between Australian domestic ports are operated by Virgin Blue Airlines. Connecting flights between Los Angeles and New York are operated by Delta Airlines or Northwest Airlines, between Los Angeles and Orlando are operated by Delta Air Lines, between Los Angeles and Portland are operated by Alaska Airlines, between Los Angeles and Las Vegas are operated by Delta Air Lines, between Los Angeles and Seattle are operated by Alaska Airlines, between Los Angeles and San Francisco are operated by Virgin America or Alaska Airlines, between Los Angeles and Boston are operated by Virgin America, between Los Angeles and Washington are operated by Virgin America. Fares are correct as at 26 May 2010 and are subject to change. Fares are non-refundable. Refunds on or after the day of travel are not permitted and fare will be forfeited. Fares are on sale until 22 June 2010 or until sold out.

Interesting that SFO should be a couple of hundred dollars less than LAX, when there is an extra VX flight involved.
