Virgin Australia Check In

I am flying into Sydney on Saturday and have a four hour layover in Sydney before the next leg of my journey. How many hours before the flight can I check in my bags on a Virgin domestic flight?

Being Gold, if you ask nicely they will move you to an earlier flight if possible without any hassle's.

Ok thanks, but what is the time anyway? Can I check in four hours earlier?

The reason I don't want to take the early flight because I am will be meeting someone, so I just want to know if I can check my bags in 4 hours before the the flight?
