I am looking at heading to Hong Kong in a few months possibly with V Atlantic in K class (premium economy). Is there a way to ensure I get the SCs and points credited to my VFF account?

....make sure you add your VFF number to the booking?!

I am looking for a way to fly to HK with lounge access as well as having SCs and points credited. My reading of the VFF site is that VFF members get SCs and points as well as lounge and other benefits when flying with V Atlantic. Does this happen automatically when booking on the V Atlantic site (there seems to be no facility for including the VFF number) or do I need to book over the phone with V Atlantic? Haven't done this before so trying to make sure I don't stuff up.

Just put your VA number in the booking if you want to get credit to VA for the flight otherwise show your card to get the benefits like lounge access.

You may need to call them to insert your VFF number in to the booking (can't remember whether you can do this online or not). Otherwise, make sure you have your VFF card with you.

There is a section within the normal online booking process where you can enter your VFF number; You just need to use the drop-down box to select Velocity... see my screen below with my awesome dummy booking :) Also make sure you do take your VFF Card as the others here have said, JUST in case the number doesn't show at check-in and you ensure that you will receive all the perks/points/SCs you so desire....

Got it thanks. Didn't appear initially (or else I overlooked it). For the record, V Atlantic can't enter other flying club/scheme numbers over the phone.
