Arrived Vietnam on a JQ flight that was on time even though a CPR event occurred. Baggage did not arrive 1hour 25 minutes later.
I went to check the left baggage pile and there it was! Don't know how long it was there.
It seems to me the carousel is too small, so someone decided not to place big (20kg) suitcases on it, or even not bothering to put it on for one rotation. I saw others shocked at this time wasting experience. So if you have checked luggage don't assume it will ever appear on the carousel.
There were also some large irregular items on the carousel that went round and round and not removed, so there was no hint at stockpiling near where the bags come through the hole in wall. JQ should monitor their SLA's to catch breaches,
