Velocity touting for point transfers but no bonus offered.

Just got an email. Why bother if no bonus. I will keep my AMEX points where they are. Flexible that way.

Its about the right time they'd offer up the bonus deal as well I think....

I think i'll move my points to KrisFlyer potentially this time round - as i get 1:1, rather than 1.35:1 if they go into Velocity first the over to SQ

[Putting on my cynical hat] They ran the bonus promos in April and October in previous years. Maybe they are trying clear out as much as they can before they have to offer a transfer bonus. More cash, less liability in their accounts...

Maybe their dash for more cash has put paid to bonus offerings in the short term. This may be the April offering! My points will stay where they are.
