Velocity to KF transfer delay

Good one, PG, glad you got your flights! It's hard enough using points without having these dramas

that's terrible...I did a points transfer last night before reading this thread and it went through within 2 mins...must be a bit hit & miss

No doubt it is some glitch on mine and a few others' accounts. Which is why its important to find out what the problem is and that it has been fixed. I was told my account had been "resync'ed", whatever that means.
If there is any further update I'll let the group know.
