Just wondering if there are any tips to getting status credits when not immediately credited with Velocity?

I'm with QFF but my father decided to go VFF, so far 3 months to get Etihad first class credits to post only half a domestic return trip to Sunshine Coast from Melbourne on a recent trip to USA no status for VA flight to LAX yet Delta flights posted immediately, upon return again nothing.

Are VA just tight A@$#s or is there a trick to it? Please help

Regards

I assume your father has tried all the normal channels through the website. If not then this is your first step, followed by phone calls to the velocity call centre as well as possibly asking VFF for their advice (via Ask Velocity Frequent Flyer )

They should come through but you need to be persistent.... although for what it is worth I have had very few problems with points posting. Also check out this thread as well. http://www.australianfrequentflyer....elocity/slow-non-posting-va-points-47297.html

Good luck.....
