Velocity redemptions on partner airline outside of website booking window

Does anyone know if it's possible to book partner airlines with velocity points outside of the maximum date the website shows? E.g velocity site shows furthest date from today being 19th November but air Canada allows redemptions to be made through their website up until the 12th December.

Called through to VA this morning but they seemed to be inexperienced and not confident with their answer.

I think Velocity redemptions are booked through Sabre which limits bookings to within 330 days?

AFAIK, no. Reward bookings are available using VA points as per the website date range.
