velocity points on Etihad flight with other airlines codeshare

Was looking at flight to Europe via Abu Dhabi and KLM codeshare on a Etihad plane is so much cheaper the an EY flight number or worse still a VA. I was wondering if I still get velocity points and SCs on Etihad planes with KL flight numbers.
