I've tried to submit a claim for flight delay expense on this page:

It failed with the error message: Unsuccessful Message Due to some error, Form is not submitted
I then tried on this page:
www.virginaustralia.com
The error message is: Unsuccessful: Your reservation enquiries form has not been submitted successfully. Please correct the required fields and submit again.
But of course, there are no incorrect or incomplete required fields.
Is anyone else having issues submitting forms on these pages?
Can anyone suggest an email address I can send my claim to?
