Has anyone else who has recently flown long haul with VA received a request to complete a survey? Very comprehensive survey - including questions about the LAX lounge! Answering that bit was fun!

Got offered it today re: recent LAX-SYD flight. Ignored it but might do it if i can vent on the lounge issue!

Without hijacking your question I am sure it is the same questions I had for the Etihad J lounge.

Mainly quality, quantity and variety of food and drinks, customer service from the staff including flight announcements etc..., cleanliness and that's pretty much it. I am sure based on other threads about the lounge at LAX I am sure they will get more interesting responses about the LAX vs. the Etihad lounge.

My survey was LAX-BNE flight (hence LAX lounge). Small sample so far indicates they are looking at flights inbound to Australia.
